SHIPPING & RETURNS

At Illusions Jewels, we strive to provide high-quality bridal jewellery pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product by contacting us with their order number and product photos. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact, along with valid proof of purchase or order confirmation. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, worn, damaged after delivery, missing original packaging or tags, or for customized or specially sourced jewellery pieces. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, and the original shipping fees paid during the order are non-refundable. In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos, after which we will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable. Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch, and once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
